Catch can installation
I have prepared a custom alloy bracket. To connect the catch can with a crankcase breather outlet you need an 18mm (inner diameter) hose. As you can see on the image I had to enlarge the diameter of the inlet pipe of the catch can.
15mm (inner diameter) hose you need for extension of the original breather hose to connect to the outlet pipe of the catch can. I have used teflon tape to seal both fittings on the catch can. Bracket is mounted with nuts and bolts which are included in the package.
To remove air intake you have to loosen the clamp connecting turbo inlet and air filter housing. Next you have to disconnect the breather hose on the bottom side of the intake. Then remove the complete air intake pipe.
Next you have to disconnect the blow-by heater connector. Then you have to loosen the crankcase breather hose clamp and pull it off.

I have installed the the catch can bracket using two original bolts as seen in the picture below.
I have used 90 degree copper elbow fitting to make an extension from the original breather hose to catch can outlet pipe. It is highly recommended to put some heat insulation around the exposed copper fitting to avoid vapour condensation inside the pipe.
Next put on an appropriate length of 18mm hose on the crankcase breather outlet. Now you can mount the catch can on the bracket and attach both hoses.
Don't forget to connect the blow-by heater plug. Secure all pipe connections with clamps !!!

Put back air intake pipe and tighten both clamps !!! Finally put on engine cover and you are set to go.
Catch can opened after 1500 km
